Chinese Enterprises To Respond To Anti-dumping Policy

With more and more Chinese enterprise's products being subjected to anti-dumping investigation from abroad, more attentions are paid on how to deal with anti-dumping of civil enterprises. But civil academic circle only lay emphasis on the research of the response to anti-dumping, and pay less attention to the universal research of the combination of response and guard. This paper begins with the WTO regulations of anti-dumping and mainly focuses on the civil legislature of anti-dumping cases in American and European countries and analyzes each aspects on how to deal with anti-dumping, involving with their own conditions of civil enterprises, and at the same time put forward a double-track scheme on improving civil enterprises self-construction and guarding against anti-dumping.
