Legal Professional Ethics And The Legal Professional Community To Build

In order to build the socialist country which rules by law, the country must have not only a perfect system of law, but also a legal vocational union. But now our country has not formed a relatively independent class of legal professional personnel. Forming a kind of highly professional and outstanding vocational union which includes operation mastering, justness and incorruptness, excellent style is the external requirement and necessary trend of the development in socialist marketing economy and also the precondition and motivity of developing the modern legal system in our country. While nowadays there are many internal and external factors influencing the forming of vocational community of legal profession, the most important one is the legal vocational ethic. Lacking and losing the vocational ethic can engender the serious corruption in judicature; directly influence the reputation and figure of legal circle; threaten the justice of judicature; block the enforcement of the strategy on managing state affairs in a legal way. This paper dissertates about the significance of legal vocational ethic on constructing the legal vocational union and discusses the lacking and losing of vocational ethic and why it happens. At the same time this paper gives a full dissertation about the approach to strengthen the construction of the legal vocational ethic, form the legal vocational community with current sense in a short time in our country and accelerate the enforcement of the strategy on managing state affairs in a legal way.
