With the gradual advancement of "ruling the country according to law","law-related education" has become one of the aspects that schools must pay attention to in daily teaching. At the request of the Party Central Government and the state,"law-related education" has been widely incorporated into China's education system. As a link between junior high school students and society and business, secondary vocational colleges bears a very important responsibility.Whether a secondary vocational college student has legal awareness after entering the society is a problem worthy of study by many educators.Due to the prevalence of the phenomenon of "emphasizing specialty and ignoring law " in secondary vocational colleges, the legal curriculum is not taken seriously, and students can not form a correct legal awareness, thus after entering to the society and becoming a warler, they will face many problems that cannot be solved.By understanding the current situation of the legal curriculum in secondary vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the target orientation and curriculum structure of the legal curriculum in secondary vocational colleges. It is found that the main problems in the setting of legal curriculum in secondary vocational colleges are: deviation in the design of the legal curriculum, the curriculum system is not reasonable enough and the teaching effect is poor. The Ministry of Education has put forward the stipulations on the setting of legal courses in secondary vocational colleges. However,as the main body of implementation, secondary vocational colleges have actually implemented the regulations of the Ministry of Education in the legal curriculum of the school and completed the moral education of the Ministry of Education. What about the goal?Secondary vocational colleges just take legal courses as part of students' moral education.,they do not have enough knowledge of legal courses, and they tend to regard the cultivation of students' work skills, rather than the emphasis of legal awareness,as the focus of teaching. In the outline of the Ministry of Education, the provisions of the legal curriculum are under the scope of the moral education content of the school. From the perspective of the management of the students, the schools generally attach importance to moral education,so there will be cases where the legal curriculum is confused with the intellectual morality.Because the school does not pay attention to the legal curriculum,in the arrangement of daily teaching activities, the rule of law education in secondary vocational schools should be neglected. The curriculum of the legal curriculum should be very rare, and the legal courses and ideological and moral courses are generally arrange together to allow teachers to combine classes. The reason for these problems is that the school does not understand the legal education function, the legal curriculum lacks the necessary teacher strength support, and the curriculum is out of touch withthe actual situation of the secondary vocational students. After analyzing the above contents,it puts forward the perfect countermeasures for perfecting the legal curriculum in secondary vocational colleges, clarifies the target orientation of the legal curriculum, perfects the legal curriculum system, and improves the policy support of the legal curriculum education in secondary vocational colleges.Due to the characteristics of students in secondary vocational colleges, they are exposed to outside worlds earlier, unable to judge foreign things, the concept of the rule of law is weak, and the ability to withstand foreign affairs is poor.Perfecting the setting of legal courses can fundamentally cause schools, teachers and students to take legal courses.Pay attention to it.
