In the preface, I confirm Family Corporation play a very important role in the whole country economy at the first. Then I introduce some problems which they have to face with and the momentous meanings of solving these problems. It explains why I choice this topic: bottleneck analysis and countermeasure research of Family Corporation developing in china.At the first part of this paper, I introduce some characters of Family Corporation, such as definition, characteristic, the advantage and disadvantage, status of domestic and overseas, which will strengthen our understanding of FC. At the second part, it opens out the truly bottleneck of FC is the crisis of credit through analyzing their developing pattern. the third part will introduce the foreign and Chinese scholars who have different views at credit resource and credit structure in Chinese society, which summarized to see that there is advantage and disadvantage in Chinese FC, when compared to those in foreign countries. It is the fact that Chinese FC exists double credit shortcomings. And the forth part introduces that the crisis in credit play a disadvantage influence in father and organization system. As we all know, both the father and organization system are the key factors in FC developing, so it testifies the topic of the text. At the fifth part, I mainly introduce the methods which can lighten the disadvantage. After collecting ideas of many enterprisers and scholars, I sum up four methods, first, desalting the tint of FC;second, implementing the sensibility management in the basic of system;third, culturing the army of professional managers;fourth, giving up the family's management, building up the modern corporation system. At the last part, I quote several factors of making foreign FC success,and I hope it can have some uses of reference in the development of Chinese FC.
