This thesis analyzes the competitive characteristic of management software market in our country. Combining with the theory and experience I had before and Langchao Genersoft Corporation's operation practices, through the analysis of the company's inner and outer environment factors, I here discusses its selection of competitive strategy and implement effort.The thesis is divided into six parts. The first part presents the propose for writing this thesis and the thesis's frame as well as a brief of the management software market .The second part introduces the size and development process of the management software market and categories the market, and summarized the competitive characteristic of the present market finally. The third part introduces Langchao Genersoft Corporation. as well as its stratagem. The forth part analyzes the industry's competitive status and the situation of the company through the use of the 5s model and value chain theory and SWOT ,and then chose the SO stratagem .The five part analyzes the competitive theory and selected the differentiation as the company's competitive strategy ,and also discusses the implementation of the strategy. The six part points out some of the problems in the management software companies in the present time of our country, and brings forward some advancement measures according to the fact and hope to make a good effect to the development of the management software industry of our country.
