Middle Peasants Seed Companies Development Strategy

This thesis first makes a general research on the Chinese seed industry, foreign seed industry, and strong seed companies the competition among them. The thesis also briefly discusses the influences of China's entry into the WTO, stipulation of the Seed Law, agricultural biotechnology development, opportunities and threats for the Chinese seed industry.By use of the SWOT model, this thesis analyses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in R&D, production, market network and human resource management of China-Agro Seed Co., Ltd. On the basis of above analysis, the thesis puts forward strategic objectives, strategic pans and the operation modes for the company.
