The company of Dagang oil-field, which is one of the 500 large business enterprises in China, belongs to Petro China.lt is a listed company and have already entered the keen competition of market economy .The market competition is the very competition of the synthetically real strengh .which depends on the techniques and the talented people.If the company of Dagang oil-field shoots to obtain the advantage in the market ,it should be successful in competition of development on the talented-people first.If Dagang oil-field wants to keep on stability development must join together the world economy development advantage, research investigate talented-people development with educate the farsighted strategy, and always keep the talented-people be in the lead advantage.The aim of this thesis is to analyse the training work of the company of Dagnag oil-field that right not yet get away from the market economy system and try to find out the place of its problem key sticking point.According to this,we try to make the training mechanism in order , and find out some helpfuland useful suggests ,so that make the system and behavior of the training keep up with the time and make the talented-people education more normal, and educate the more and more worthy business enterprise talented-people.This thesis .which bases on the development trend of domestic and international training work and the solid examples of the train system and the culture of the well-known business enterprise, consists of five parts:the introduction ,the general conditions of Dagang oil-field ,the research of emploees' training in Dagang oil-field ,the research of training management mechanism ,the research of training plan operation.and so on.lt points out the way of training development in the future clearly .it also give some suggests about how to promote the training mechanism ,how to adjust the organization and how to make duty clear.Uunder the policy's leading and control, the training work in Dagang oil-field company should follow the vivid, systematic, professional, aimed, practical,popular, compulsive and prospective principles.At the same time ,we should eradicate completely the random and unilateral principles.We pursue the quantity consciousness, and set up the valuble idea of talented-people education.We will enlarge our work to include the talented-people development and education work into the company's the whole development strategy.We will enhance the business enterprise culture developments and extensively operate the career planning designs.After that, we will construct a perfect environment for those talented people and construct the more vast development space for Dagang oil-field's future.
