Research On Security Risk Assessment Of Coastal Defense Forces In Field Training

After the reform of strengthening the army,according to the mission requirements,the coastal defense forces have added mobile combat forces.Field training has become an important way to generate and improve combat effectiveness in coastal defense forces.Improving the security management level of field training is an important aspect to ensure combat effectiveness construction.Security risk assessment as the premise and basis of security management,there are still risks analysis is not comprehensive,risk identification is not careful,evaluation methods are not scientific,evaluation timeliness is not strong and army information construction is not consistent.Therefor,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on security risk assessment of coastal defense forces in field training and explore more scientific and effective security risk assessment methods.From reforming army background,this paper combines the actual conditions of coastal defense force in field training,is divided into seven chapters.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research present situation,this paper further defined the content of the security risk assessment,expounds the coastal defense force field to security risk assessment of risk analysis,risk evaluation and risk control.By applying the method of HFACS,this paper established security risk analysis model of coastal defense forces in field training,constructed the F-ANP model of coastal defense forces security risk evaluation in field training,made a half quantitative evaluation exploration of risk factors,put forward suggestions and measures for the premise and foundation of security risk prevention and control and normalization prevention and scene control.This paper further enrich the coastal defense force field to the practice of security risk assessment methods.
