Loan Approval Credit Decision Of The Commission Empirical Research

With the development of society and people know more about decision-making knowledge, people find that the quality of decision made by individual is limited by limitation of the individual's knowledge information, ability and so on. Now more and more important decisions are made by groups, it is called group decision-making.As a commercial bank, providing loans is the source of benefits and risks. So the decision of providing loans to businesses and consumers is critical. In our country, the decision of providing loans to businesses and consumers is made by committee of loan decision-making. In other words, the decision of providing loans to businesses and consumers is made by group.According to WTO agreement, Chinese money market will complete open to foreign country's commercial banks. The competition environment for our country commercial banks will be more and more intense. So improving the quality of loans is urgent affairs. I want to table proposals to the committee of loan decision-making by studying the connection between the structure of committee, character of committee decision behaviors and quality of decisions made by committee. After studying, we find:(1) When the ability of each member of committee is strong, the strictness of decision-making rule can be relaxed a little, which brings much better results.(2) With the number of members of committee increases, the satisfaction of members will decrease.(3) When committee's groupthink is severe, the quality of decision made by committee is low and the satisfaction of members is low.(4) High responsibility of members can improve the quality of decisions made by committee; pay more attention to studying and training will bring better quality of decisions made by committee and higher satisfaction of members; the more clear committee's aim, the better quality of decisions which were made by committee.There are two main innovational points. The first is that I studied the relationbetween group characteristic group decision-making behavior characteristic and performance of committee of loan decision-making from the theory of group decision-making. And I tested the theory of group decision-making in society, not like most studies of group decision-making were based on experiment. The second is that I used the model of committee to study the efficiency reliability and benefit of the committee of loan decision-making.
