How to make the maximum endured price in the land auction becomes the key of win or lose of the real estate developers. This report takes the example of the No.2004G08 land transfer auctioned by Nanjing State Land and Resource Bureau on 19th May , 2004 . From the angle of real estate developers, this paper tries to give a method on maximum price making during the land auction. In term of the basic factors of investment decision-making ,the method is used in the operation from which a estmated process and method comes out. This method is also proved in other cases and the result is accord with the actual operation.
