Banknote Printing And Enterprise-class Differentiation And The Resulting Organizational Climate

This study had expounded the research actuality of organization atmosphere and stratum differentiation with the detailed literature and proposed the demand of academic and demonstration research for present- stage state enterprise stratum differentiation and new organization atmosphere coming into being. Whereas the domestic and overseas production, the purposeof the study is exploring Special State Enterprise -Banknote Printingfactory stratum differentiation and studying its organization atmosphere. Using the questionnaire survey method, the study investigated the stratum differentiation status, organization atmosphere and its influence facters of Banknote Printing factory-a Special State Enterprise. Banknote Printing factory is restricted by banknote printing profession policy and printing profession policy. Through analyzing the differences of different distinction staff s income, social status, will of dimission and achievement motivation, the results indicated:(1) The stratum differentiation of state enterprise staff was obvious, appeared neglected colony; (2) The enterprise pays attention insufficiently to the weak trend community; (3) The enterprise need enhance the worker quality and strengthen the ideological education and occupation training.
