Research On Shanxi Rural Social Stratum Differentiation From The Perspective Of Marxist Fairness View

Chinese socialist construction has entered a new stage at present. On theone hand，economy grows continuously and rapidly，but on the other hand，various social contradictions highlight and social unfair problemsincrease． Under the time background of social transformation，the status ofevery rural social stratum has changed fundamentally. Accordingly，the ruralsocial stratum differentiation presents different characteristics．For a long time，people have been used to applying economic theories and methods to analyzesocial problems and put forward countermeasures from the angle of economy.But in current period when economic develops so well， we should usesocial theories and methods to solve social problems．When guiding the ruralsocial stratum differentiation in a reasonable manner，the basic requirements ofsocial fairness is “Fair rights，Fair chances and Fair rules”，providing all societymembers basic conditions in resources，opportunities and the system of policy， to guarantee social fairness．At the same time，use Distributive fairness to adjustthe gap among all stratums, reflecting the requirements of social fairness．Shanxi is a major province of energy，and owing to the imbalance inregional development， economic level of rural areas is backwardgenerally．Based on the investigation of different types of rural areas in ShanxiProvince，we use rural family as stratification unit，the average annual familyincome and the occupation of family highest earner as standards to stratify ruralsociety in Shanxi， which is different with the academic consensus usingindividual as unit，occupation as standard．The empirical research is helpful tounderstand the Shanxi rural social stratum differentiation and social stratumdifferentiation. Meanwhile，investigating the effects of family social networkresources and different rural types on social stratum differentiation，summarizing the characteristics of Shanxi rural social stratum differentiation andfinding out the influencing factors，enrich new understanding of rural socialstratum differentiation in Shanxi．According to the empirical research on Shanxi rural social stratumdifferentiation，we discuss the factors that influence Shanxi rural social stratumdifferentiation under the background of achieving social fairness，from fiveaspects of system design，educational resources，the channels of employment，land system，social flowing mechanism．At the same time，we point out that thecurrent rural social stratum structure in Shanxi is “Pyramid-Like”，which needsto change into the “Olive” social stratum structure for its instability．The “Olive” social structure not only reflects the reasonable position and gap among all ruralsocial stratums，but also shows more stability and coordination．To sum up，we put forward the targeted and empirical countermeasures and suggestions thatachieve social fairness and guide reasonable rural social stratum differentiation，from three aspects：the system guarantee，changing the ideas，the distinction．...
