Risk Theory And Case Studies Of Construction Projects

Risk Management is to identify, analyse, quantify the uncertain information of a project, and to conduct accurate evaluation of the risk and proper risk control. It is a systematic engineering and a very hot topic in today's project management research field. In large construction projects and the fields such as national defense, aeronautics and astronautics, and nuclear power etc, risk project management has magnificent practical value. However, risk management is continuously facing new challenges because of the complexity of the exterior environment, the random of risk, the instability of the result of risk control and the interference from some system factors such as non-marketing factors. Compared to developed countries, we lag in such aspects as consciousness of risk management and the overall skills of risk management.Based on the studies conducted by foreign scholars, this paper summarizes a systematic study conducted from both theory and practics of project risk management. The main sections of this paper are as follows:Section 1, According to the systematic review of current theories and tools for project risk management, I pointed out the issues that need to be resolved from both the aspect of theory and practice, and I also study the actual status and characters of project risk management in China.In section 2, this chapter has explained the intension of the risk from two respects, and has classified it from a lot of angles, have proposed the risk hypervisor of the project.In section 3, project operation mode and organization security system control the project risk effectively and are the important evading link.This text carry on discussion to BT investment and financing project management mode, and analyze.investment in BT project.In section 4,on the basis of the demand for risk management in the operation of the real project, this text has carried on the positive research of risk management to a certain large-scale science of bridge building, several respects of controlling from the risk analysis , appraisal and risk of the project etc. At the end, the main subjects are summarized in section 5, and then some potential research directions were pointed out. At the same time some subject methodologies and suggestion are proposed.
