LE Company is a small private-owned enterprise. The main business of the company is net-system integration of computer. Now, competition of this area becomes sharper and sharper, which caused the total profit declines. With this kind of external situation, the business structure of LE further caused a drop of company competitive ability. The future trend of development seems ambiguous. All these become a restraint of company development.This dissertation analyzes LE' s existence in that kind of market environment and then raises a solution. Through the analysis of LE' s situation and environment, using SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix, we could see that developing primary & middle school net-system is the company' s core business in the future. Then making it-developing primary & middle school net system-a research object, using modern strategic management theory and marketing theory, applying a combined method of analysis, researching LE' s competition strategy and development strategy, predicting future market scale, finding out the factor impedes our core business. After these work, solution could be raised. Furthermore, this article reached a deeper degree of customer behavior, competition condition and business development strategy. *At last, the dissertation gives a marker development strategy to LE Company.The result of this research could be a direct leading of LE' s business. Also, it has a considerable value to other small\middle private-owned enterprises.
