As the enterprise is the main body of marketing economy, in the present China with high-speed economic development, it is quite necessary for the enterprise to join in the marketing. On the other hand, market is the headspring and root for the survival and development of an enterprise; not the enterprise decides the market but it depends on the market as the market is the starting point as well as the end-result of an enterprise. Marketing is the center of an enterprise's operation activities, an enterprise could make profits and get a further development through marketing. To research the marketing of an enterprise is to link it with the market, and to guide the practice by theory and then seek for its proper positioning in the competitive market. The writer works in the Manager Team of CAIC (Chengdu Aero-Instrument Corp.), and pluralizes as director of its subsidiary company. Chengdu Aero-Safety Corp. is a subsidiary company of CAIC. Although its economic operation always keeps good and ranks the first in the craft brothers, its existing and upcoming problems of the marketing is always on the writer's minds. The writer selecting it for this thesis is to put forward a systematic solving plan through professional study. This thesis analyzes the marketing situation, existing problems and resolution or suggestion for the problem-solving of rupture disk. It adopts the idea of posing problems, analyzing problems and then solving problems, and using SWOT analysis, STP, marketing mix strategy and some related theories to analyze the marketing of Chengdu Aero-Safety Corp. which aims to provide strategic reference for the enterprise, and reduces eyeless strategy and then makes the enterprise survive in the market and get development. This thesis is composed of four chapters: Chapter I: Giving a general instruction of the background and current situation of Chengdu Aero-Safety Corp.; analyzing the development process of marketing and pointing out problems in market development which are also the issue and orientation to be studied in this thesis. Chapter Ⅱ: Surrounding marketing, through the investigation inside and outside of the company and analysis of customers' activities in the industry market, using "Five Forces Model" and SWOT analysis put forward by Baud. Potter, from the point of market share and market size, finding out the factors which affect the economic development and nailing down that to adopt strategies for market leaders is the marketing strategy and spending strategy of Chengdu Aero-Safety Corp. Chapter Ⅲ: Using the theory of STP marketing to analyze market segmentation of rupture disk, through the assessment of market segmentation, deciding its targeting market according to different zones and lines, position market its through the differences in quality & service compared with other companies, so as to make clear of its advantages in market competition and confirm marketing mix strategy for products, prices, sales promotion and services, etc. Chapter Ⅳ: From the point of development strategy, putting forward some suggestion for marketing of Chengdu Aero-Safety Corp.: To strengthen the cooperation with technology research center and promote technology; cooperate with competitors, integrate enterprise resource, make market competition in order, and promote market share accordingly; cooperate with famous foreign enterprises, form advantage complementatarity, consolidate market position and then enlarge market size. This thesis is the first article systematically studying the marketing of Chengdu Aero-Safety Corp., especially some ideas and suggestion attracting the attention of the leadership of Chengdu Aero-Safety Corp.The leaders are going to take them as the strategic development planning, so it has an instructional meaning to the marketing of Chengdu Aero-Safety Corp.
