Medium and small-sized enterprises play nonreplaceable roles and make great achievements for our national economy, even for the world-wide economy . However, a series of developing bottleneck is accompanying with it. Many medium and small-sized enterprises can't develop to be powerful or go bankrupt .The main reason is the medium and small-sized enterprises lack of developing strategy and executing it at its initial step and in developing process. Therefore, it is wide operation significance to research the strategy of medium and small-sized enterprises LanHai Company. The basic situation and problem of LanHai Company is introduced firstly.After learning of the advantages and core of the Strategy of medium and small-sized enterprises , the key factor and necessity of making strategy are analynised in this paper .They include thinking about how to work effectively ,paying attention to the minimizing market, learning of the essentiality of the strategic alliance and the background of its business, analyzing the macro policy and learning of the trend of rule ,thinking about the geographical position and human background ,the relation of the developing strategy with market and consumer, thinking about fund problem and the affection of manpower etc.. This paper analyzes the characteristics and orientations of the medium and small-sized enterprises, including weak management and poor foundation, lack of creative ability and talented people. Especially the orientations of the medium and small-sized enterprises is bad .Based on all of these ,the strategy selection of small-sized enterprises is being researched. According to the existing experience and the actual status of medium and small-sized enterprises, especial for guide the choose of developing strategy of LanHai Company ,this paper has discussed two kinds of the developing strategy of medium and small-sized enterprises ,including the related and diversified strategy ,union strategy and competition strategy, professional advantage creates the core competencies strategy. Based on the analysis of the developing strategy of medium and small-sized enterprises and thinking about the actual status of LanHai Company, adopting SWOT analysis method, discussing and choosing the developing strategy of LanHai Company . With argumentation and discussion in detail, the LanHai Company should adopt the related and diversified strategy and the overall cost first strategy. This paper discusses the execution of the developing strategy of LanHai Company . For realizing total strategy of LanHai Company, it discusses marketing, brand operation, human resourcement and suitable corporation culture etc., finding the next orientations, providing the basical guarantee for development target.
