This paper focuses on the influence factors of the industrial customer loyalty, using the latest research result of customer loyalty, combination the theories of industrial marketing and industrial purchase behavior characteristic. As a result, an influence factor model is provided for industrial customer loyalty. A variety of study approaches are adopted in the research such as theoretical analysis and interview survey. Combination the analysis with medium and small china's electronics spare parts manufactories, this study demonstrates and examines the influence factor model of the industrial customer loyalty. The study leads to the following conclusions:1. The industrial customer loyalty includes the organizational dimension loyalty and the personal dimension loyalty. The two dimensions are indispensable for industrial customer loyalty.2. Four direct factors are contained in the influence of the industrial customer loyalty: Satisfying economy, profession etc. the environment requests, Increasing customer value, Increasing customer's apperception of the satisfaction, Building up the good brand of the company.3. There are six causal variable that need to be mainly considered in the influence factors of the industrial customer loyalty: Product quality, Price of product, Customer service, Conversion cost, Communion with customer, Customer relationship. Not only they directly restrict customer value, customer satisfaction and company brand, but also they indirectly influence the organizational dimension loyalty and the personal dimension loyalty, accordingly influence the industrial customer loyalty. |
