Based on the analysis of theory about the debate concerning CSR in academia, this thesis further clarifies the legitimacy of CSR from its inherent value. We found that: whether the corporation affords certain standard of CSR becomes another benchmark in international market competition. Pursuing CSR becomes a trend of economic globalization in international trade. At present, CSR mainly involves labor-intensive enterprises engaged in processing production of trade. Coordination between trade and CSR will cause the products of our country with workforce's comparative advantage loses its competition so that face unfavorable situation. After China's entry into the WTO, CSR question in trade has already become a severe challenge that our country has to face on the development of foreign trade. This thesis pay close attention to how to overcome the pressure which relative rising labor-cost brings, in order to be essential markets of the world in future, Change trade strategies accordingly, keep the lasting growth of foreign trade effectively.In fact, CSR is the topic that a numerous subjects such as law science, economics, ethics, management, sociology, philosophy, etc face together. It means that CSR can use many kinds of approaches or, in other words, from different point of views to study. We don't plan to touch this content using various kinds of approaches or from angles in an all-round. In order to be competent at the research of this topic, investigation of relevant questions will be both concerning foreign trade and in thinking way of economics. Certainly, I also do my utmost to seek theory resources from other subjects in this thesis.
