Since the emergence of labor relations, the issue of the protection of labor rights would always exist, and to some extent, has become a constant topic. A sound legal system is a prerequisite for the protection of labor rights, China's labor law system has taken shape, the employment rights, remuneration rights, safety and health rights have taken the relevant requirements. "Labor Contract Law" was promulgated from 2008, was seen as a sharp weapon for the protection of labors. But to some extent, the protection of labors depends on the implementation of enterprise. The lack of Corporate Social Responsibility in china is one of the important reasons for the inadequate protection of labor rights. In the issues of labor rights protection, it is no longer enough to just focus the attention on the traditional theory of the weak, and we should be a comprehensive look at this issue in order to better protect labors rights. To understand the protection of labor rights, this paper base on the perspective of Corporate Social Responsibility to research the labor rights protection. Hope that from a different perspective on the issue of labor rights protection, so as to do something for the protection of labors rights.Corporate social responsibility does not have a clear definition for itself. There is a long-standing debate for whether enterprise should be charged with corporate social responsibility and how to assume the responsibility. The modern corporate social responsibility theory originated in the early 20th century the United States, derived from the background of U.S. recession, corporate size, and economic democracy movement This paper introduces the stakeholder theory, which believes that as the time as companies to seek maximum benefit for Shareholders, they must take into account the interests of other stakeholders. Labors are the most important and most direct stakeholders, the responsibility which enterprise bear of workers have been included in the scope of corporate social responsibility.Bear certain social responsibilities can promote the development of enterprises, Labors are the most important and most direct stakeholders, the responsibility which enterprise bear of workers have been included in the scope of corporate social responsibility. This second part analyzed the corporate social responsibility in the perspective of labor law. First of all, the protection of workers rights is the primary content of corporate social responsibility. The second, the requirement of labor rights is one of the motives of the development of corporate social responsibility. Finally, the corporate social responsibility can increase the protection of labor rights.Along with economic globalization, corporate social responsibility movement has grown enormously, demanded the enterprises especially the TNC responsibility to the public. The second part of the text introduced the In-house production codes and external codes of conduct (SA8000) Standard. Codes of Conduct based on the Core labor standards, make detailed provisions of the various rights of workers. Labor rights protection issues are a persistent social phenomenon. The four part of the text discussed the current situation of labor rights protection in china. We can find out the lack of the CSR. The last part of the text discussed the mechanisms and countermeasures to protect the rights of workers in the perspective of corporate social responsibility.
