International Anti-dumping On China's Exports And Countermeasures Research

Nowadays, the integration of world economy and the liberation of trade become the main trend that can't be reversed. Facing an ever-growing strong competition in the world market and the coming of a depressing of the world economy, trade protectionism is likely to be prevail. Anti-dumping Anti-subsidy Safeguard measures are the three measures given in the WTO agreements to protect fair competition. Because of the great reduction of tariff restriction and non-tariff restriction, so many countries are applying anti-dumping excessively with a clear trend that they are used for unfair trade protection.With the merging of China with the global economy, Chinese products become more competitive in the world market and have unfortunately become a major target of many countries and regions in their anti-dumping approaches. Frequent anti-dumping investigations are launched against us. Until then, more than 600 anti-dumping lawsuits aimed at China. Meanwhile because of spillover effect, one country lawsuit can cause a serial of lawsuit, China's export is confronted with a huge block. There are two main reasons that Chinese products are sued. The international aspect reason is that international trade protectionism rising. It includes many outer reasons why Chinese products facing so many lawsuits. The main reason is that out government -. enterprises and industry associations need to be improved for international competition.This thesis systematically analyze the basic problem of dumping and anti-dumping, and discuss the current situation and reason why our export products confronting so many anti-dumping lawsuits. I want to find out the effective methods to prevent international anti-dumping lawsuit to China.Amount international trade, anti-dumping becomes an more and more important protection method. Being rightly to deal with anti-dumping lawsuits problem will promote exportation, protect international market and make our economy grow rapidly. We should justify ourselves, consider the experience, and we will overcome the difficult in anti-dumping battle, make our socialism market economy more healthy.The innovation of this thesis is as follows: Firstly, through analyzing trade transfer effect, I research the influence of international anti-dumping to our export more deeply. Secondly, through analyzing the influence of international anti-dumping to export country theoretically, I find that international anti-dumping have side-effect to our country for using foreign investment. Although this side-effect is not very obvious, we should attract more attention to this point. Thirdly, through researching, I find that international anti-dumping also have side-effect to direct investment to foreign country. Finally, I advise that we can set up a economic model of anti-dumping suing fund, we can compute the basic rate and adjustment rate. This advice can work out the problem of capital inadequacy, and I think this method is practical.
