With the evolvement of world economy, rectifying and regulating economic order has became the major decision. To deepen reform and open wider to the outside world, we decided to build the credit investigation system in order to create the all right credit surroundings for the national economy. And it's the key to the strategy of sustainable development. If we built the credit investigation system, we can accede to the world economy and suit the international tradition.In the near future, academe and practice have obtained so many achievements about the credit investigation system. Furthermore many department, vocation and areas have attempted building the credit investigation system, such as shanghai, shenzhen and shantou. The credit investigation system of developed market economics countries has formed comparatively mature operation mode through over one hundred year's practice which can be mainly divided into European mode with central government as principal part, Japanese mode leaded by industrial association and American mode with Business Credit Company as principal part. So how to build the credit investigation system is the primary content. The meaning, structure and origin of the credit investigation system act as the base of this article, through borrowing developed countries' experiences and combining with actual state conditions of China, I bring forward the measures of construction of our country's credit investigation system.In the course of writing this article, I widely collected a lot of data and examples and adopted econometrics method. This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces credit investigation, and relative concepts of the credit investigation system. Simultaneously this chapter illuminates the sense of construction of the credit investigation system.Chapter two introduces and analyzes mode and characteristics of credit investigation system of developed market economics countries.Chapter three introduces and analyzes current conditions of pilot construction of department, industrial and regional credit investigation system as well as development conditions of statues construction, agency and industrial organizations. And analyzes main problem and obstacles with construction of credit investigation system in our country.Chapter four discusses the approaches of constructing credit investigation system accorded with our national conditions and provides relative policy suggestions.
