Xinjiang Petroleum Administration Bureau, Technology Innovation And Strategic Research

With the rapid development of science and technology and the concept of knowledge economy accepted by people, competition between corporations all around the world is more and more vehement. This competition in fact is the competition of innovation capability and performance. If a corporation wants to keep its vigorous status in the furious market competition, it must be able to manage technological innovation highly effectively.Based on the theory study of technological innovation stratagem, this thesis analyzes the macroscopical circumstances and industry conditions of Xinjiang Petroleum Bureau. Then considering the current technological innovation ability of this enterprise, the author sets down the technological innovation stratagem and implementation measures and come to the conclusions as follows.Imitational innovation stratagem should be the first choice for Xinjiang Petroleum Bureau. Cooperative innovation stratagem and over-leap innovation should be the minor choice of the enterprise. Independent innovation should be the striving direction of the company in the future.
