Nanshan Group's Industrial Development Strategy Of Research

The Nan Shan Group has expanded its educational undertakings with the development of its business. Chairman of the board Song Zuo Wen holds his original, view on educational industry. His educational strategy has experienced the process from nature to necessity, from overcoming the difficulty for the children to seek knowledge, enhancing the workers' quality to training talents for the society. The group invested in compulsory education in 1987. set up Nan Shan secondary vocational school in 1991 and Nan Shan vocational technical college in 1996. The group made an investment of 500 million Yuan to build up a cooperative school with Paxtan Group of Canada in 2001.It has taken Nan Shan Group about one billion Yuan to found an educational system from kindergarten to college and university in recent twenty years.This paper mainly deliberates Nan Shan Group's educational industry. The paper contains three parts: the first part gives a brief introduction on the growing process of Nan Shan Group and how it developed educational industry. The second part explains the present conditions, the superiority of its internal resources, and the chances and risks of the outer environment. The third part puts forward a proposal on improving the educational business in the light of the reality of Nan Shan's educational industry and the present social surroundings.
