Remuneration management is one of the most difficult tasks in business enterprise management. This thesis takes the Qinghai Petroleum Administrative Bureau of the China National Petroleum Corporation as a case, and discusses how to manage the remuneration system reform in state-owned business enterprises.This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the new situation the state-owned business enterprises face and their needs to strengthen remuneration management. The second part introduces the present conditions of Qinghai Petroleum Administrative Bureau in remuneration management and analyzes the existing problems. The third part puts forward to ways of remuneration system reform in Qinghai Petroleum Administrative Bureau. The forth part discusses how to implement the new remuneration system, including the implementation principles, concrete methods for implementation. |
