Through the complete analysis on HRM(Human Resource Management) of American and Japan, The thesis compares the differences between two nations, puts forward reference for our state-owned enterprise, and on the basis of modern HRM theory, designs HRM pattern for state-owned enterprise. Finally, the thesis puts forward compositive measure of which state-owned enterprise implement HRM pattern, include: build up right conception; establish reasonable promotion system; train future talented person; set up efficiency prompting mechanism; consummate examine and evaluate system; systeming HRM of state-owned enterprise.
