On The Legal Response To Maritime Transport Services In China After WTO Entry

Nearly 4 years passed since China's entry into the World Trade Organization. Joining into WTO has brought about distinguished influence to China's economy life and such influence will necessarily continue, because it is the second revolution compared with the first revolution called Reforming and Opening in the end of the 1970s. As a member of WTO, China will have to face both opportunities and challenges. So does China's policies and laws on international shipping industry. How to meet either the regulations of WTO or the trend of China's socialist market economy? How to prevent China's shipping team from being destroyed by overseas group without breaking the regulation of WTO? All these are the hot topics in the circle.
