Thinking Of The Legal System Of Property Management, A Number Of Issues

Property management is the new trade in our country. How to make property management develop well in residential quarters is more and more important in city management. It is also the key link of the well development in real estate and further reformation in housing system. In this thesis, the author exhaustively analyzed and discussed several issues on property management on the level of legal system. At first the paper looked back the producing and development of property management and explained that the two impetuses for its growing are the development of productivity and change of property system. Then the definition and properties of legal system of property management were introduced briefly. Secondly, the author discussed the relationship between condominium ownership of building and property management. The author thought that the condominium ownership of building was the basis and resource of property management. The thesis gave a complete analysis on definition and properties of condominium ownership of building, the issues on the ownership of the building under condominium, etc. House-owner convention, house-owner committee, house-owner covenant and property management enterprises are the keystones of the legal system of property management. Recently, many disputes are produced on those issues. The author analyzed and discussed those problems on the level of legal system so that more disputes could be resolved better by law. At last, according to the situation of our country and on the basis of using the advanced experience of developed countries and districts, the author tabled the proposals for the perfection of legal system of property management in order to improve the development of property management in our country.
