Result from separation of two kinds stock, Chinese stock market has been in abnormal in both structure and function for a long time. Further more, the separation hampered the stable and healthy development of Chinese stock market. Now the shareholders realized that resolving the problem of separation is the prerequisite of perfecting Chinese stock market. Fully circulation has been the commonsense in the market, and is put into trial experiment. In this article, the author presented the necessity and urgent of settling separation problem by analyzing the embarrassment of Chinese stock market; reviewed the last unsuccessful attempt of resolving separation and the cause of the failure, put out the commonsense of resolving separation, which is agreed by market. In the article, the feasibility of use fund industry to resolve this problem is advanced. To do so, the author analyzed the status of Chinese fund industry with comparison with that of financially developed country, descript the blueprint of using fund to resolve separation and the necessity of improving the investment environment for developing fund industry. The idea is to increase to investment on newly circled untradable stock, meanwhile, Chinese fund industry will make fast development in the process. After all, resolve the problem of separation, develop both Chinese stock market and fund industry, perfect our financial system.
