This text mainly study the loss of talented people , based on the FS instituteand and put forward the homologous solution.This text commences from the talented person's concept, to make the reader find out the important factors that influence the loss of talented people.This text makes an introducti on corresponding motivational mechanism that affectes the loss of talented people most . After that, the text analyses the current situation of human resource of the FS institute, and point out that, for solving the problem of loss of talented people ,the enterprise's top leader should build up an modern idea about managing human resources,or 'people centered', In addition,it is also important to firmly support the reform and the innovation of the human resource management,to build up attractive motivational mechanism, improving compensation system as well.The results of this study uncover that we need to try to reduce those subjective management in our management of human resources,and the training work should not only be limited in the work contents themselves, Training should arranged based on the employee's personal development plan; Moreover, under the condition of low competitive capability of focal firm, it is very important to develop the employee's "dedicating spirit" .Building up the strategic alliance with the employees, to finally achieve 'win-win'situation .The writer hopes that similar firms can have some useful suggestions from my study as described in the text.
