In China , the increase of the real estate index of prosperity has been adjusting at the beginning of 2005 . The growing breadth of demand is falling down , but there is still hot indication in this market . This government is making a macro-regulation to the real estate market , the administration of the government is going standard and pattern . The average price of Beijing real estate has been going up steady . With the constantly development of the population and the increase of people's income , the demand of accommodation is constantly growing too. This paper uses the theory of consumer behavior and marketing research to study the market of Beijing middle level price housing . Through the study ,try to master the base information of this market . The researcher used the questionnaire and talked to the interviewee collecting the information of consumer behavior .Through the study , this paper given 15 base conclusions about the consumer behavior of Beijing middle level price housing .These base conclusions include that why consumers choose to buy the middle level price housing , what price consumers prefer to buy , where housing consumers prefer to buy ,etc.. These conclusions described the character of Beijing middle level price housing consumers .The end , this paper gave the Beijing real estate company some sound advice about marketing so that achieve the purpose and sense of this study .
