Deepen The Reform Of The Urban Economic System Specification Of Beijing Housing Prices

The 16th Conference of the China Communist Party drew the long-term goal, which is to building the wealthy society, and directed all aspects of the economy and people's life in our country. Housing, the important standard to evalue the wealthy society, is connected with the development of the people's life level and quality, and is deeply concerned with the benefits of people. Today more and more people focus on the housing price, which is the core of the real estate market in Beijing. The excessive high price of housing not only restricts the residence's demand of housing, but also influences people's life so deeply that it could inspire some new social conflicts.With the "raising-analyzing-resolving" order, the author firstly describes the perspective of the housing market and its price in Beijing, and emphasis on the undue impacts resulting from the excessive high price of housing. Secondly, from the aspects of the structure of housing price the author analyzes the subjects of the structure, and researches the problems lying in it, then finds out the reason that stimulate the problems. Thirdly, this paper offers the suggestions to regulate the structure of housing price.Although before we were aware of the illogicality of the structure of the housing price, and commits some suggestions, it is difficult for us to take those suggestions to reality because they can't go to the bottom of the economic systems. Based on the reason analysis, the author concludes that the inherent reason that the housing price is illogicality is inconsistent of the renovation of the city economic systems. Only deepening the economic systems renovation to the core, can we resolve the unreasonable phenomena in the structure of the housing price in Beijing ultimately.
