In recent years, with the rapid development of economy especially after China's entrance to WTO, the market competition is becoming more and more drastically. Medicine industry is the high growth, high risk and high return industry, which has been the main market in which many global companies are competing. China's medicine companies, especially the private companies, are facing the challenge from the market. How can they survive and how can they develop themselves? To set up a first-class marketing team is very important.The paper's topic is on the assessing and motivating mechanism of sales force in medicine industry in china. At first, the writer explained the situation and put forward the problems of the current assessing and motivating mechanism of sales force in medicine industry in china. The content and meanings of motivation principle are explained based on the theory of human resource in the paper. The writer combined the theory of human resource with the case of a China's medicine company, and made some suggestions on the motivation principle of medium-sized and small medicine companies. The suggestions accord with the characteristics of China's medicine industry HR management. The aim of this paper is to present some reference to assess and motivate China's medicine companies' marketing team. At last, the writer combined the above analysis with one medicine company and put the scheme for it.The human resource management for the sales force has particularity in the medical industry of China. This paper has put forward constructive suggestions and schemes for the assessing and motivating the sales force in medicine enterprise, especially for medium and small-scale private medicine companies. It has realistic and directive significance.
