Xi'an Hi-tech Enterprise Informatization Evaluation

With the high speed's development of computer technology, network technology and information technology, informationzation of enterprise is just carrying forward into depth and range. But to avoid blind investment and cut down the risk of informationzation's investment, informationzation of enterprise must be evaluated, which can guide enterprise to aim directly to solve questions in building informationzation, and enhance core competitive ability of enterprise, and improve economic profit and societal profit. As the development of the informatization, Xi'an Hi-tech enterprises are actively heightening level of informationzation of enterprise. However, because its level of informationzation of enterprise remains primary stage, this paper chooses Xi'an Hi-tech enterprises as the research objects to make some research. The following are the major research methods and conclusions:(1) The evaluating index system of Xi'an Hi-tech enterprises informationzation is constructed from such five aspects as: the input of basic facilities, running of information system, application of informationzation, noneconomic profit and economic profit by analyzing the informationzation present conditions of Xi'an Hi-tech enterprises.(2) Based on the index system of Xi'an Hi-tech enterprises informationzation, this paper investigates on the target enterprises with questionnaire, and analyzes the level of enterprise informationzation with Enterprise Information Index. To search the reasons about difference among level of enterprises informationzation, this paper classifies the sample enterprises into four kinds using K-Means Clustering, and analyzes every kind of these enterprises by every index.(3) This paper puts forward some measures to improve the level of Xi'an Hi-tech enterprises informationzation and heighten economic profit and societal profit from five aspects through considering the characteristics of Hi-tech enterprises and the results of Statistics and Clustering.
