In modern society which regards knowledge economy as main body, with the development of society, advancement of management, especially the high-tech enterprise continuously appear, which speeds up competition drastically, whichever enterprise, As long as it has creativity, can gain the priority in the future competition. For high-tech enterprise, this kind of competition will mainly embody in source of enterprise creativity and vitality-knowledgeable employees' competition, because their performance will directly result in enterprise's success. In accordance with their work characteristic, how to give a scientific, fair appraise to knowledgeable, employees' performance in high-tech enterprise and stir up their work passion, activity along with creativity is not only every high-tech enterprise's work emphasis but work difficulty.The paper starts right from this point of view, guided in theory by goal management method and 360 degrees performance evaluation setting up employees' performance evaluation system of high-tech enterprise through some quantifiable index.The whole paper is divided into two parts in total: the first part is theory. Mainly by means of high-tech enterprise characteristic and concept set about performance evaluation for finally setting up high-tech performance evaluation system. The second part is example. Mainly using the first part's theory model, with comparison method, through analysis to performance evaluation system of specific XH high-tech enterprise, aiming at putting forward improvement opinion to form a new performance evaluation system based on it.The hope form the passage is that through evaluation to knowledgeable employees' performance of high-tech enterprise to provide effective guarantee for realizing enterprise's strategy goal, finally realizeenterprise long-term, stable development and promote enterprise employees' professional development.
