The Theory And Practical Research Of Industrial Enterprise's Technological Innovation Measure

First of all, the dissertation made deep analysis, full comparison and brief comment of the enterprise's technological innovation and the evolutionary progcess at home and abroad, and has introduced the measuring theory of enterprise's technological innovation especially. Then, it used some relative theories, such as systems science, applied statistics, information theory, technological innovation theory, econometrics, etc, to analyze the deep intension and key elements of measuring enterprise's technological innovation. Because the research results from industrial enterprise's technological innovation can not be generally applied at present, and the extensive and suitable evaluation criteria of industrial enterprise's technological innovation have not been established yet, the dissertation designed an evaluation index system relevant to enterprise's technological innovation, put forward a set of evaluation criteria to measure enterprise's technological innovation. According to the index system proposed in this dissertation, the systematic cluster analysis is made and appraisal model of multi-layer structures is built. At last, this dissertation, taking large- and middle-sized industrial enterprises in Hebei province as the research object, carried out a real world case study in both macro and micro ways, and revealed the regularity of regional enterprise's technological innovation, and found out some solutions to existing problems. This dissertation covered main points as follows. 1. The first three chapters made an exhaustive comments and comparison of enterprise's technological innovation at home and abroad and evolutionary process, and divided the development of the technological innovation theory in foreign countries into four stages. Then, the measuring theory of enterprise's technological innovation is introduced. In chapter four, in view of the reality and characteristics of regional technological innovation, a system to measure the enterprise's technological innovation is set up, and a case study framework is proposed based on the data description and analysis, which is of great effectiveness and practicability. 2. Chapter five and six, based on the statistical data, carried out a further case study of the positive research to development phases, main modes and other aspects of the technological innovation, analyzing and explaining the reality and regularity of technological innovation.3. Chapter seven designed an index system to evaluate the ability of enterprise's technological innovation, used the method of correlation analysis to select the key indices, determined the relative weights between indices by using "entropy approach", "fuzzy clustering analysis approach", and set up the systematic cluster analysis and appraisal model of multi-layer structures. 4. Chapter eight made multi-layer comparison and analysis of the innovation ability in different lines, different regions, and different sizes, etc. in Hebei province, according to the systematic cluster analysis and appraisal model of multi-layer structures. Through the real world case study, the dissertation have revealed some laws, and drawn some valuable conclusions. 5. The last chapter put forward suggestion and countermeasures to deal with problems existing in enterprise's technological innovation, which offer some scientific reference for the decision-making units and are of great practical meanings.
