The incoming of knowledge-based economy makes high-tech enterprise strengthened increasingly in the position in the national economy, the affiliation of WTO provided the high-tech enterprise of our country unprecedented opportunity of information, talented person, technique, market etc, also making the high-tech enterprise of our country faced more ruthless market competition. But the foundation of the competition is the competence of the enterprise, particularly is the competition of the core competence of the enterprise.The core competence is the source the enterprise keeps on the competitive advantage, the core competence theory also becomes the important research realm of the modern management discipline. But seeing from its present condition of research, mostly concentrate in the innate character, the cultivation, the increase and the utilization of the core competence of the enterprise, and are not enough to the operability research of the core competence of the enterprise at practice levels, especially to the research of the evaluation and the cultivation of the core competence of the high-tech enterprise and the development strategy of the high-tech enterprise based on the core competence. In order to offer some worthy consulting for the development of the high-tech enterprise of our country, this text tries to proceed the homologous research that aims at the the core competence of the high-tech enterpriseProceeding the foundation that combed to the current domestic and international research result of the core competence, Firstly, this text studied the evaluation, the cultivation and the protection of the core competence of the high-tech enterprise, nextly, proceeded the study about the develop strategy based on the core ability. Finally, proceeded the substantial evidence analysis to the core competence of the high-tech enterprise in China ?The chapter 1 expatiated the investigative purpose, meaning in thesis primarily with the main contents, and proceeded the overview to the domestic and international research present conditions. The chapter 2 mainly analyzed theessential factor and the characteristics of the core competence of the high-tech enterprise, as well as the evaluation index system and the model of comprehensive evaluation of the core competence of the high-tech enterprise. The chapter 3 studied the foundation and the basic path of the cultivation of the core competence, along with its protection. Then the chapter 4 regarding the core competence of the high-tech enterprise as vein, proceeded systemic expatiating to the diversification operating, lengthways integration and alliance strategy, established a decision model of lengthways integration and a decision model of the optimal partner of the strategic alliance with the high-tech enterprise..
