With the fast development of Chinese economy in the 21~st century, Chinese automobile industry entered a golden age for development. Many automobile manufacturing company and parts supplies need to build the new company to fit for the need of the market. But how to select the good location becomes an important question that the company had to face.This article expounded the process and methods of selecting location and analyzed the excellence and defects of the current evaluating means. Introduced a newevaluating means of selecting location-DHGF Algorithm of Meta-synthesis. Inthis paper the DHGF Algorithm of Meta-synthesis considered all the fuzzy, complicated and qualitative factors, it can combine the qualitative analysis with the quantitative analysis, describe the fuzzy phenomenon by mathematic ways in order to open out its essence and rule. It took Jiangsu Wanda Group as the researching objective and brought forward the new means of selecting location according to the first failure. This means analyzed the interior and exterior surroundings and put forward the different selecting location projects. Last it used the DHGF Algorithm of Meta-synthesis to carry the comprehensive evaluating for the different selecting location projects. In the evaluating course, it first builds up the evaluating indexes system, investigated and analyzed the evaluating indexes, formed the judging matrix according to the fuzzy mathematic, calculated them and got the evaluating result.The branch of Jiangsu Wanda Group earned great social and economic benefits. It proved that the DHGF Algorithm of Meta-synthesis can evaluate the projects of selecting location rightly and effectively. It selected a sound location for Jiangsu Wanda Group.
