High-tech Industry Value Chain

Industrial value chain is the set of enterprises which aimed for satisfying the consumers' certain demands based on a certain core technology or craft. Those enterprises link up each other. Industrial value chain analysis is the new visual angle in observing industry development. With this effective tool, we can understand and judge competitiveness of every industry tache, confirm industry's competition advantage. Industrial value chain analysis is also an effective thinking way for government and enterprises' strategy decision.This dissertation proceeds from the concept contrast about value chain,industrial chain, industrial value chain, mainly explains the last and its characteristics, kinds and basic factors which influence on it. Industrial value chain's cluster effect and chain effect are also mentioned. The paper provides the evaluation index of hi-tech industrial value-chain according to its characteristics and the definition of concept of hi-tech industry. Those are industrial value-chain complete degree, match relationship of each tache, enterprises dense degree of each node, talents dense degree in each enterprise, and conformity with ecosystem.We notice that there are some external factors which affect the formaiton and development of hi-tech industrial value chain besides some inner factors during the process of studying .Those are regional factor,policy and laws and regulaitons,venture investment and capital market,talents factor and integrity degree of information consultation service.The paper analyses those factors above.This paper take electronic and information industry as example which represents Chinese hi-tech industrial value chain.It introduces the composition of Chinese hi-tech indutrial value chain,analyses the relationship between enterprises. Current situation and achievements and problems about Chinese electronic information industrial value chain are disscussed. Furthermore,the paper analyses the inner and external enviroment, opportunity and challenge from the view of industrial value chain,make a prediction of global electronic and information indutrial value chain.At the same time,the paper poses the basic solution about how to develop Chinese electronic and information industry .At the end of the thesis, the author summarizes the characteristics of Xi'an electronic and information industrial value chain,points out the problems that appear.Then,specific measures and solutions are put forward according to the current situation.
