The Development Of China's Trust Industry

This paper proceed with the basic concept and special attributes oftrust, expatiate and analyse the trust industry's history, actuality and try togive the direction it should lead to. Then give some points on how torealize it of my own. This paper consists of four chapters. Chapter One, the introduction. It gives the summarize of trust'sdefinition, function and characteristic. In this chapter, China trustindustry's running area, development environment and administrationwere been paid more attention. By the analysis of trust industry'scharacteristic, combined with the fact of China's macro-economy andfinancial market, I draw the conclusion that trust industry has a hugepotential in China. Chapter Two, the phases of trust industry's development in China.It's consisted of two parts. The central content of part one is the fivenationally actions what's aim is purify and neaten the trust industry. Forone side, these five actions cleaned the trust industry. But in the other side,it harmed the report of the trust industry, and brought some wickedinfluence to trust industry's future development. Part two, the trustindustry's actuality. It describe the general situation of trust industry'sassets, enterprises, employees and achievements which were flourishingafter the law's ordination about trust. Chapter Three and Chapter Four are the emphases of this paper.Chapter Three bring out the problem, trying to find out what blocked thedevelopment of trust industry from macro and micro's angle. ChapterFour is correspond to Chapter Four. It want to answer, how can trust bringits function and characteristic into fully play by use it's advantage ofbestriding the three markets and by cooperate with other finance industry. The paper's primary contribution is :make a relatively systemicresearch about the development of China's trust industry. Do point ofview from practicality but not academic about the matter existent in thedevelopment of China's trust industry ,and then give some clew on howto resolve it. There exist many flaws and shortcomings in this paper owing to theauthor's limited knowledge. The author sincerely expects criticisms fromrelevant professors.
