After the accomplishment of the reforming and opening policy, China's real estate industry has made considerable progress gradually; of course, it also experienced ebb and flow. In the last few years, China's real estate industry developed significantly, and it has already become the pillar supporting our national economy's growth. After the entry into WTO, the economy's fast growth and the government's the policy, aiming at extending the inside's needs, the strategy,and developing the western region, are all brought to the real estate industry the unprecedented opportunity to develop. However, in these two years, our government strengthened the tensity of the macroeconomics regulation in order to avoid inflation,particularly in the field of the land and the financial policy, which give the real estate industry new challenge. Then in the new economic surroundings, how to research the outside environment variety, make sure of the developing direction and strategy, and hold opportunities and meet with the challenges are now a key issue for every real estate enterprise in China. This thesis tries to investigate this issue by using theories of industry framework, resource supplying, Dynamic Competitive and other related knowledge. Both of the quantitative and qualitative methods are introduced into the analysis of individual cases. Based on the analysis results of Chengdu Jianchuan Group. This paper presents strategies, ideas and conferences both for the especially corporations and for other enterprises to take and meet with the opportunities and challenges. This thesis has five parts. First, the background and motivation of this paper, theories and methods used are introduced. Second, analysis on the outside environment surroundings Chengdu Jianchuan Group are confronted with. In the third part, the inner resources and production capabilities are explored. The strategy choices of Chengdu Jianchuan Group are presented in the fourth part. The suggestions of how to deal with the possible problems appearing while implementing these strategies are also discussed. The main results of this thesis can be summarized as following: 1. Depending on the industry's culture background,and practicing the differentiation strategy on the foundation of the strict cost control, then increasing the competitive forces by taking advantage of the differentiation of additional worth . 2. In recent years, building up medium property is still regarded as a principle, practicing the market permeating, along with the development of the company's managing level and researching capability. In the long run, it can consider the diversified management. 3. Under the company's good public praise and the good reputation, it can look positively for the strategic colleagues, then become the long-term strategic alliance, make the resources with each other repair, and increase its competitive ability. 4. Because of the inner resource factors of the company and the exterior environment factors, company should insist steadily in its stable developing strategy, and not beg quickly but beg. This thesis tries to provide useful information for the formulation of Chengdu Jianchuan Group's competitive strategy, and makes aware of the impending crisis around companies. Nevertheless, with the rapid development of environment and theory, all the viewpoints in the paper need to be improved and perfected.
