We can get the experience and revelation from this article after investigating, analyzing and expatiating the three important phases in the 20-year developing process of QF group company, which is an old military enterprise. And thus, it puts forward the constructive project to the developing stratagem of the company. It aims to take a role of reference in the future developing for the QF Group Company. The predecessor of the QF Group Company is a "Three-Lead" constructive military enterprise founded in 1958 with 46-year development, located in the eastern suburban industrial estate of Chengdu. But it had developed by leaps and bounds in 20 years after reformation and opening to the outside world. This company has developed to a big Group Company with three sole subsidiaries, a holding company, and two share company through three important phases, including "Military enterprises being converted to civilian production", transformation in line with stock system and deepening of a further innovation. At present, it provided with 1500 personnel, who mostly engage in the manufacture, production and distribution of the radioinstruments and gas-fired series of product. At the same time, it refers to many callings such as: digital audiovisual, family intelligent pipe system, kitchenware, oil boiler, real estate development, architectural decoration, landscape engineering and so on. Its representative product is——QF water heater,a brand of Chinese name. The total annual turnover has reached to five hundred million The main confent and logical structure of the article: First of all, it introduces the survey of QF Group Company from the basic instance, organic structure, human resources, products, financial status, strategy, etc. In the next place, it sums up some piece of experience and revelation after introducing , analyzing three important phases : "Military enterprises being converted to civilian production", transformation in line with stock system and deepening of a further innovation. In succession, It has an in – depth analysis of two typical succeed-and-failed case carrying out many kinds of managing strategy in the transformation in line with stock system of QF Group Company. Ultimately, it puts forwards an important strategy based on the past developing experience and present situation of QF Group Company.--- the assume of markerting strategy. The main part is that QF Group Company should adapt itself to "focus on the client ", establishing a CRM system as soon as possible. The main points of this article: 1. To realize the real demand of market is the key whether the enterprise can be success or not 2. In developing of enterprise, not only the decision-making is a key, but also the process administration of performance is very important 3. Just paying attention to the hygienic factors can't inspirit the staff extremely. 4. To expand the scope of the fare could boost up the anti- risk ability of enterprise.
