Abstract/Summary:
With the internationalization of domestic market and the domestic-ization of international market, all large oil-field service companies at home and abroad aim at foreign market. Thus, it aggravates competition among oil-field service companies. Presently, in order to follow out and finalize the strategy of "out-going" , oil-field service companies at home not only take steps to defend domestic market, and also hope to acquire a share of international market. Meanwhile, after entering into "WTO" , the tariff wall and non-tariff wall will be cancelled off step by step. The large transnational companies will compete "face to face" with the china oilfield service companies after their entering into the china market by means of advanced technology and management experience and low working cost. The existence and development of oil-field companies at home is confronted with rigorous challenge.The core resource of oil-field service companies is technology. It is a life line that they maintain and strengthen on and on own technical superiority. In the current situation, whenever the oil-field service companies defend the domestic market or go abroad in order to dismember international market, they innovate on and on own technology. But presently the scale of oil-field service companies at home is small, market focus degree is low and the technical level is not high. As a result, it is a strategic problem that hot to live and how to make them big and strong. Where to go? It only require all of the oil field service companies to speed up the study and up-drawing of the developing strategy and the whole scheme of perspective under the new situation, new environment and new condition.On the basis of analysis of international situation, domestic environment and interior condition that the oil-field service companies is confronted with, the paper pulls out a suitable strategy namely alliance strategy according to the whole aim of enterprises. Subsequently, it carries out the study of the choice of alliance partner, cooperation framework, short-term task and long-term arrangement and alliance benefit.
