Jurisprudence Education In The Construction Of Teaching Materials Research

Since the last few years, because of the development of the legal system in our country, the need for the legal students has extended continually. This makes the legal education develop quickly. During the legal education , the legal textbooks play an important role .It is important to design high qualitative textbook to evaluate our legal education quality and stable our teaching order ..So it has an important meaning to research our legal textbook .This article is divided into five parts . I define the legal textbook from the pedagogics in the first part. Expatiate the meaning of the research of the legal textbook on the status and effect point of view. In the second part ,I use the historic method to introduce the development of the legal textbook since the People's Republic of China found. And I introduce the criminal law textbook as a representative modal. In the third part ,I use the comparative method to introduce the legal textbook instance in some other countries. Through this I summarize some characteristics and developing direction of the legal textbook. In the forth part, I demonstrate the main problems and effect factors in the textbook development combine with the characters and actuality of the legal education. In the last part, the article uses the reference of the foreign legal textbook experience, combine swith the object and mode in our country, think deeply of the textbook construction. And bring forward some correlational advices to make the legal textbook play a more active role in the legal education.
