The Chinese Government In The Context Of Globalization, Security Research

The thesis deals with the function of the Chinese government, and its aim is probing a proper way for the reform on the Chinese government by contrasting China and the west. It consists of three parts.The first part introduces the globalization chiefly and also points out the background of the reform on the Chinese government by describing the notion and the causes of the globalization and what the globalization has brought to the world .The second part discusses the viewpoint on security and the current condition of the function of the Chinese government .It explained the viewpoint on security and its values,and found out the existing problem in the Chinese government through the comparision of the current conditions between China and some typical contries.The third part tries to find a method of solving problem on the foundation of the fomer two parts. A modern government which is mathed with the economic development should be set up and some counter measures should also be carried out.Firstly , improving the outside environment by reshaping national character in the field of politics and culture ,Cultivating civil society and develping the Third Sector, etc .Secondly ,self—conversion of the Chinese government is essential. That is to say, a legal govrnment .transparent government, credit government,responsibable government, power—limited government is supposed to be set up.
