Insurance Securitization In China Studies

The interactive development of insurance market and capital market in China is not only the objective requirement for financial system development, but also even more an inevitable choice that the insurance industry realizes sustainable development after our country enters the WTO. There are many kinds of routes to realize the interactive development, among which insurance securitization has most innovative meaning and unique advantage comparing with other routes. So it is insurance securitization that this thesis discusses and emphasizes.After defining the meaning of "insurance securitization " that this thesis uses, the thesis briefly analyzes asset securitization which is the theoretical foundation and technical support to insurance securitization. And then, this thesis has carried on systematic research on insurance assets securitization and insurance secuntization in debt respectively. In either of the two aspects, the thesis analyzes a series of issues such as the necessity, feasibility, and main obstacles in the process of the introduction of insurance securitization to China. Finally, this thesis explores concretely such issues as application modes and the feasible route, etc. in the process. The innovation of this thesis lies in mainly carrying on systematic research to the insurance securitization. The research results of this thesis are carried on on the basis of other scholars' research results. The thesis has systematically introduced this technological tool of the secuntization and applied it to the Chinese insurance industry, and has carried on the exploration of modes of feasible operation. Especially in the two main aspects of insurance assets secuntization and insurance securitization in debt, through learning from the practical experience of the insurance-developed countries for reference and considering the current situation of the insurance and capital market in China, the thesis has put forward certain concrete modes. In addition, this thesis has also carried on constructive exploration to the development route of the insurance secuntization of our country.
