Resource Allocation Of Power In The Modern Vision

Power resource is the varieties of subjective and objective condition and total of materiality and immateriality in the course of production of power .According to the history of human formation of power, resource of power has passed three stages: violence resource; economic resource; persuasible resource. Each stage is all fit for the special social condition and to obtain right from that, but lost right with the development of social condition,so that face to demand of transform to the new resource of power. Violence resource is the most foundational power resource and lies to the essential position in the course of power production. Model of using violence resource is to seize the political power by revolution which will offer precondition and directly motivity with social reform and development ;Violence is also economic power ;The power that formed from violence resource represents people 's demand to some extent .Above all are reasons of right of violence resource .The limit of voilence resource is mainly as follows: power that formed violence resource has intrinsic imperfect of right; power that formed violence resource will easy transform to privilege body, and which is a result of loss of human reason. Economic resource is also another important resource with forming power, and it's right is embodied as follows: First, relations between bodys, body and individual and individuals do not rely on force but rely on resource of economic power, which shows equally relation between powers and power's objects, so power objects has more freedom and whole development than did in the former stage. Second, economic factor' foundational position shows itself right with forming power; Third, a man or body that has plenty of wealth or can create rich wealth shows that their ability or efficiency superior to others, and right just comes from efficiency in some part. Advantages of economic resource is as follows: power that comes from economic resource has recessive coercion, though it hasn't showed exterior coercion as violence; moreover, stage of economic resource is just second stage of human development ,which has not arrived stage of human all-around development. Stage of persuasion is a new stage of power ,and it will indicate the future development of power production, because using of persuasion resource shows strength of human reason and self-determination, meanwhile, it can lead to low-cost and high benefit. Our party (CPC)had hard explored the production of power , and have met with both successes and failures. In this course , our party fully used violence resource to produce first power, and violence resource lies to the important position, which is that our party inherited historical heritage and dealt with reality of China .In the second production of power ,our party hadn't rapidly transformed from the violence resource to the other resource .In the course of using economic resource ,our party had passed fleuous road . Our party had achieved great success in the use of persuasion resource ,though it still has not finished . With the development of our socialism modernization, internal and external surroundings have taken place big change, and new situation needs us: first, to transform from violence resource to the other resource; second, to optimize the power resource in order to make the biggest profit; thirdly, to optimize power structure and set up the mechanism of power balance in order to promote the development of political civilization of China.
