| Since 1900s, science technology plays a more and more important role of economic life with the development of contemporary technological revolution. Especially, economic globalization appears a stronger tendency. International cooperation competition becomes fiercer. All sorts of international technology transfer developed rapidly. Developing countries strive for further economy growth by technology transfer. In the same time, developed countries pay more attention to technology transfer in order to maintain their leadership. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the international technology transfer under the condition of economic globalization.This essay analyses the situation and development pattern of international technology transfer, and gives some advices on how to overcome the restrictive factors. Firstly, it goes to basic analysis on economic globalization and international technology transfer. It mainly introduces the connotation, characteristics and appearances of economic globalization. Some conceptions and characteristics on international technology transfer are expounded too. And the motivation and economic effects of international technology transfer are studied in theory as well. Some economic models are introduces to evaluate these economic effects. Secondly, the new situation for international technology transfer isexpatiated on from five aspects. They are international technology market, international technology trade, international company, FDI and R&D. Some new development patterns are pointed out too. Under economic globalization condition, technology transfer cannot but be more frequent. For economic purposes, technology importers and exporters cooperate in more fields. This is an inevitable tendency. Thus cooperative game is introduced into the study on the development patterns of international technology transfer. Finally, some restrictive factors exist. They are adverse to international technology transfer. Some effective measures are put forward to them. |
