Researches On The International Competitiveness Of China's Enterprises In The Setting Of Economic-Globalization

The study on competitiveness includes competitiveness of state, of industry and of enterprise. And in the three ones the competitiveness of enterprise is fundamental which can determine the degree of international competitiveness of the state. There's a large gap of international competitiveness between the enterprises of China and the world's largest corporations. In the current setting of economic-globalization, the enterprises of China will have to encounter many cogent antagonists. So it's very pending to enhance the international competitiveness of China's enterprises. So it's very significant to research on the international competitiveness of enterprises of China.In this article, the author described the Theory and Research methodology of Competitiveness; it posited that the competitiveness of enterprises was largely affected by three factors: resources, competence and circumstances; and this article discussed the issue of enterprises' competitiveness centering on the three factors.It established a set of target system about the appraisement of the enterprises' international competitiveness which consists of existed factors and potential ones. And on the basis of this system the author analyzed the reasons of our weakcompetitiveness of enterprises. The dissertation took an enterprise--Jiangsu LittleSwan Group as a case to study. At last, the author raised some feasible countermeasures on enhancing the international competitiveness of China's enterprises. The countermeasures include enhance the competence of government, enhance the competence of management and of technological innovation and so on.
