Military Vehicle Safety Management Studies

While it has become a focus in the society to prevent accidents and ensure the security, it is as well an important issue in the army materialization and normalization to well control the security of troop vehicles in order to prevent and eliminate accidents, which has taken much attention from the leaders. Based on the investigation on recent accidents of the whole army and our district, this paper focuses on the lagging security management idea and skills, as well as inconspicuous preventing main body and insufficient management. Combining military related colleges with local research institutions, it analyses the characters and rules of accidents, thereby propose a set of theory and preventing system on vehicle security management and prevention. Increasing the research of military vehicle security research and applying scientific preventing measures, can not only diminish the negative effect caused by accidents, also is much significant to promote the military battle effectiveness in the process of materialization and normalization.
