Research On Vehicle Management Method Used In Military Academy Based On Performance Evaluation

Vehicle management in military academies manages to take precautions against accidents so as to ensure the driving safety and guarantee logistics transport. It is an important part of the logistic work in military academies. It is a focus to research how to reform the existing management mechanisms by introducing some qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods. Viewing these, this thesis mainly addresses the problem of vehicle management in military academies. It proposes a performance-evaluation-based driver method to improve the management mechanism.Firstly, the thesis studies the framework of the problem. It analyzes the problems existing in the current vehicle management mechanisms of military academies and the chief causes of these problems. Based upon this analysis, the thesis finds out that driver management is the core part of vehicle management. Therefore, it takes driver management as the core problem.Secondly, the thesis exploits the performance evaluation method to deal with the problem of driver management. It establishes an evaluation indices set for driver evaluation and presents corresponding quantitative measurement.Finally, the thesis performs a demonstration analysis on the proposed approaches and indices under the background of vehicle management in military academies. This analysis leads the research results to be more practicable and applicable. And the results provide objective and quantitative approach for analysis on vehicle management problem in military academies. Practice shows that the proposed performance- evaluation-based method can effectively and comprehensively evaluate the drivers. Moreover, it can provide foundation for driver rating and rewarding, which can effectively excite their enthusiasm and initiative.
